Rob has over 35 years’ experience in the investment industry. He was appointed Non-Executive Chairman upon the Company’s formation in October 2003.

Rob’s current company directorships include Washington H Soul Pattinson & Company Limited since 1984 and Chairman since 1998 a period which has seen the market capitalisation grow from circa $700 million to over $7 billion today, TPG Telecom (since 2000), Brickworks Limited (since 1997, Chairman since 1999), New Hope Corporation (since 1995, Chairman since 1998), Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (since 2000), BKI Investment Company (since 2003, Chairman since 2003) and Milton Corporation (since 1998, Chairman since 2002).

David Capp Hall

Independent Non-Executive Director
FCA, FAICD

David has over 45 years’ experience in the investment industry. He was appointed Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee upon the Company’s formation in October 2003.

David is a Chartered Accountant with experience in corporate management, finance and as a Company Director, holding Directorships in other companies for more than 35 years.

Alexander James Payne

Non-Executive Director
B.Comm, Dip Cm, FCPA, FCIS, FCIM

Alex has over 25 years’ experience in the investment industry. He was appointed Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee upon the Company’s formation in October 2003. Alex was Chief Financial Officer of Brickworks Limited (ASX:BKW) for 13 years and has considerable experience in finance and investment.

Ian Thomas Huntley

Independent Non–Executive Director
BA

Ian has over 40 years experience in the investment industry. He was appointed a Non-Executive Director in February 2009. After a career in financial journalism Mr Huntley acquired “Your Money Weekly” newsletter in 1973. Over the following 33 years, Mr Huntley built the Your Money Weekly newsletter into one of Australia’s best known investment advice publications. He and partners sold the business to Morningstar Inc of the USA in mid 2006.
